Shared TC OneDrive Folders / Files from Admin

At Together Church, we use OneDrive for our shared / collaborative folder structure. We can share folders with your TC email account from our Admin Account then you can Sync them to your computer for your convenience.

Please follow these steps below to sync a shared folder to your computer for easy access:

  1. Go to onedrive.com and login with your @togetherokc.church email address.
  2. Click on the “Shared” button on the left hand side to access folders shared with you:
  3. Click on the folder you want to sync to your computer then click “Sync” at the top menu options.
  4. You’ll then see this screen — click “Open Microsoft OneDrive”
  5. Note: If it’s your first time to do this on this computer, you may be prompted to sign in and go through the initial tour. Just follow the default prompts.
  6. Lastly, you’ll see the server looking logo with the “Together Church” label in your File Explorer as the picture shows below. The folder you just synced will be there. You’ll repeat these steps for any other emails you received from Admin with shared folders.
