Start Here: New Employee Onboarding Information

Welcome to the TC Team!

We are so excited you are on our team! We want to offer you the basic information you need to know to get started.

  1. Your New Email! We set you up with a @togetherokc.church email as an employee. You should have received an email to your personal email with initial setup information. This gives you a church email address and access to Microsoft’s apps online if you need them.
    • Link: Go to office.com to access your Microsoft account. We use work or school account type when prompted.
    • Note: If you have a need for the church to provide Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on your personal computer or cell phone, please email justin@togetherokc.church to request that access and we can work through our approval process to buy you a license.
  2. Need LastPass? If you need a password manager to access church accounts and save church passwords, please ask your supervisor for approval then have them request an account for you if needed.
  3. Security Cameras and Alarm System Info: If you feel like you need access to view our security cameras or if you need your own alarm code, please email greg@togetherokc.church to request access!
  4. Need IT Support? If you have any IT issues, please email media@togetherokc.church for support.
    • If you have a need that needs immediate (3 hour or less) attention, please call or text our Technology Director.
